BERRIES AND OTHER FRUITS

   

  • Frozen berries: blueberry, strawberry, blackberry, raspberry, cranberry, black currant, red currant, aronia and others in IQF quality (class 1). They are used for fruit preparations, marmalades and jams as well as for the production of juice concentrates, purees or colour extraction. Packaging can be in 25 kg paper bags with a PE layer or in 10 kg carton boxes with PE bags. 
  • Freeze dried berries: blueberry, strawberry, blackberry, raspberry, cranberry, black currant, red currant, aronia and others in IQF quality (class 1). 
  • Fruit concentrates: obtained mainly from the juice of fresh or deep-frozen fruits. The Brix content varies from 40 to 65 Bx. Packaging can be aseptic, in drums or cartons as well as in non-aseptic containers or tanktrucks. The concentrates are used in the beverage, confectionery and baking industry. 
  • Fruit pulp and puree concentrates: pulp is produced from fruit puree with the possible addition of fruit pieces. The puree concentrate is obtained from fruit puree by extracting part of the naturally present water. Both are used in the confectionery and baking industry, in the dairy and ice cream industry and for fruit preparations, marmalades and jams.
